Step 1: Growth mapping

Growth Mapping

​I start every client relationship with a two-hour Growth Mapping session where I get to know
everything about where your business is and wants to be. After this, you can implement the Growth Map independently or engage me to take care of it and help you achieve your potential.

 

Growth Mapping Process

  • Week 1: Brand & Business questionnaire to be completed one week before workshop

  • Week 2: Two-hour remote Growth Mapping workshop

  • Week 2-3: Growth Map development including:

    • Analysis and insights from the questionnaire & workshop

    • Summary of your current situation and vision for the future

    • Recommendations for brand and marketing activity to reach your goals

    • Options for the next steps together to undertake this work

  • Week 3: 30min review meeting

The investment of the Growth Mapping is applied to any further work with me.

Step 2: Getting started with a Fractional CMO

This step assumes that your existing brand strategy and messaging is robust. If it is not, or you're not sure, we can recommend the below optional add-ons.

The first 60 days to take root

​What you’ll get:

  • Audience & stakeholder interviews: We will talk to your customers and analyze the data to see what actually makes them buy from you

  • Audience identification & segmentation: We will create audience personas that work and sub-audiences to target with marketing

  • SWOT analysis: We will look at current market conditions, and competitive landscapes to assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of your situation

  • Full customer journey mapping: We will lay out the buying journey for your ideal audience and link each stage to existing activity while identifying gaps.

  • Marketing strategy: We will develop a tailor-made marketing strategy that matches marketing goals to business goals for the next 12 months including recommended KPIs

  • Content strategy: We will review existing content and develop a content strategy to achieve marketing goals

  • Marketing calendar: We will develop a quarterly planning process to identify and schedule key marketing activities

  • ​Roles & responsibility scoping: Working together we will determine what capacity and team you need to deliver the planned work - whether that's employees, external support, or a mix of both

​​At the end of the first 60 days we will agree the extent of your bespoke Fractional CMO support. This can range from executing the strategy with my team, to quarterly strategy meetings, to hands-off coaching to help you and your team perform at their best.

Options for working together:

  • A set scope of work with specific deliverables at a fixed monthly or quarterly price

  • A set number of strategy hours per month at a fixed price, but with a flexible scope

  • A set number of coaching hours per month at a fixed price
