​I start every client relationship with a two-hour Growth Mapping session where I get to know everything about where your business is and wants to be. After this, you can implement the Growth Map independently or engage me to take care of it and help you achieve your potential.

​​At the end of our foundation-setting we will agree the extent of your bespoke Fractional CMO support to start achieving your goals. This can range from executing the strategy with my team, to quarterly strategy meetings, to hands-off coaching to help you and your team perform at their best.
